Summary
In 2013, two collection agency owners saw deficiencies in the call center technologies & communication systems available to them. The solution? They decided to build their own dialer software – one that would improve productivity, conversations, and profitability. The Arbeit Dialer, was born. They later came out with a VoIP phone system (Arbeit Voice) and TCPA compliant calling solution (Arbeit Click).
