AT&T has grown through mergers and acqusitions which is why it has 11 Resporgs all of which have at least some numbers, though most of them, (over 2.6 million numbers), are on ATX01.

Unfortunately AT&T may have a lot of good numbers that don't go to an active customer but they don't give up anything, and don't make any deals.
