Formerly West, Intrado is a very difficult company to categorize because of the amount of generic corporate jargon they use. They have close to 300K numbers. Their main resporg is OMM01. I don't know if you can get anything from them, as they don't do regular toll free service but if you need a call center anyway, maybe it's a good option.
